Q. How to save money?

NaviSource has digitally transformed supply chains, collaboration, supplier management, and strategic sourcing to optimize work flow, quality, and inventory control.

Replace people. Reassign staff. Being digital we are able to combine the global distribution channel with procurement, requisition, distribution and accounting to tailor enrollment for each client. This enables us to replace many analogue systems with digital process. For example, rather than employ people to distribute supplies and services throughout client branches we deliver them directly from the Tier 1 channel to the client's corporate user. We can replace client's internal distribution infrastructure including people, warehouses, storage rooms and vans. We find up to ten percent of a prospect's workforce is fully or significantly involved in the resource management process, from receiving to payment - we replace 99% of this long-tail through our digital process.

Replace consultants. NaviSource incorporates the premier tool set used by Fortune 100 resource management consultants. Each transaction is monitored for continuous improvement and cost management measured using LEAN, Six Sigma and ISO QMS strategies within a scored matrix.

Replace software. We have found companies use an assortment of software applications to accomplish resource management. For acquisition, many use a purchasing application whose total cost is a dedicated employee plus initial and annual licensing fees. These same companies may use applications for branch accounting, vendor management, contract management, due diligence, invoice verification, risk assessment, warranty management, asset management, and maintenance management. Moreover, these applications are distributed widely across the enterprise each with an independent database and various levels of usage competency. Q. What is required of your IT department?

Nothing, there is no software or hardware to maintain. The system is fully monitored for seamless upgrades and scaling. We monitor your system, ensure you have immediate access to new features, and scale your system to maintain peak performance whether you have 10 users or 10,000 users. Your IT team is a strategic resource. We treat them that way by freeing up their time to focus on core processes.


Q. How long is the conversion process and how does it impact your operations?

We convert your operations within 30-60 days. Conversion is transparent to core employees and other than four hours of training there is no impact on operations.
